SIA Haitek Latvia has new, specially developed training programs adapted to the requirements of loggers and LVM. Training can be applied for, and it is organized as needed - in the training room with a simulator or in a forest with real logging equipment. SIA Haitek Latvia provides both the acquisition of basic knowledge for working with Komatsu forestry equipment and in-depth training to promote work efficiency and improve productivity. The training course is valid for operators working at LVM.
It is very important to train operators to buy not only new but also used equipment, because higher qualification of employees promotes competition in the company. This gives the company's management the opportunity to assess the qualifications of machine operators and the coordinated work with forest machines. On May 17, 2019, the first Komatsu Forest machine training class in the Baltics was solemnly opened at the Haitek Latvia dealership center in Lielvārde. BASIC LEVEL
At the basic level, the operator is introduced to the purchased equipment, acquires knowledge of the general body, operation, maintenance, adjustment, and management of the specific equipment, compiles a work order to start production.
STANDARD LEVEL
At the standard level, the operator acquires knowledge of the design, proper operation, and maintenance of the specific equipment, compiles the work order, and enters it into the technical management systems, acquires technical adjustment skills and work techniques that increase productivity.
EXPERIENCED LEVEL
At the level of experience, a program chosen by the client or recommended by the HAITEK LATVIA training instructor is mastered, which envisages the improvement of the skills of a previously prepared, self-employed operator.
INDIVIDUAL LEVEL
At the individual level, the operator can choose any training program to improve his knowledge and productivity.
SIMULATOR
With the Komatsu simulator, we offer the perfect shortcut to new knowledge and advanced skills. The simulators have a built-in forest editor - which means you can create a realistic work situation for your training. It also has a multiplayer feature that allows forwarders and harvesters to work together.
